Seven is the name of a new expensive residential enclave with homes priced between $1 million and $3 million and a new 18-hole golf course at Scottsdale’s Desert Mountain development.
Desert Mountain is already an affluent golf and residential development in far north Scottsdale.
Seven — which goes for a more contemporary name than traditional Arizona subdivisions adorned with cactus, ridge, canyon and mesquite — is a 90-acre addition to the Desert Mountain development.
It will have as many as 190 high-end homes and a par-54, 18-hole golf course. There are other courses at Desert Mountain.
Van Tuyl Cos. and Phoenix-based M3 Cos. are developing Seven, which gets its name from being the seventh private golf course at Desert Mountain.
